Yes this is my double or triple chin - you are welcome (it’s always the selfie remote test pic giving the best views..)
When you know your own worth, you will less likely seek validation externally. Meaning you will less care about what others think of you.
There was a time when I was feeling uncomfortable about my double or triple chin. I got comments about it when I was younger & then the kids dad used to make comments as well.
I felt like I needed to lose weight to just reduce my double chin.
Now, I don’t care. If someone would make a comment, it wouldn’t make me uncomfortable. Instead I would make a double chin face to embrace it. It’s a part of me. It always has been. It’s nothing to be ashamed off. And my worth isn’t defined by my chin… or body weight.. or or or..
When you get comments that make you feel uncomfortable. First, it’s their opinion & a part of either their own insecurities, not being educated enough etc.. but then also take this as a sign that there might be some inner work for you to be done. Why is this making you uncomfortable?
Knowing your self worth & loving yourself is the foundation of your happiest & most successful life.
