Yesterday my chiropractor had so much fun torturing me. (Not actually!) But she literally made me get up and do stretching exercises while the cups were on my back. It felt so weird! Also notice the needle in my back in the last pic. At least it was only one needle this time. No for real though, she's actually the BEST and my back feels so much better today!
