🧘♀️ Work in progress ⏫️ I wasn't sure if I should share this or not, but as many of my friends know, I've been on a real body struggle journey. After gaining 26lbs over lockdown, having a lot of bloating with endometriosis (often looking like I'm carrying a balloon under my clothes) and finding it hard to lose weight after my c-section 8 years ago. I no longer have a slim figure. I hate how I look, and the mirror really isn't my friend.
I'm nowhere near my goal, but I have finally lost 16lb in 12 months! It's been so hard. Being a sufferer of chronic fatigue and chronic pain conditions.
I still have another 10lb to get to my goal. It could be a long time to happen still but this was such a milestone for me.
Since lockdown, I've really found it hard to cope with pain. Medication doesn't even touch it and I can't have weekly massages, so I started to try yoga for chronic fatigue and gentle stretches to try to help with the pain. I got these new yoga clothes from
@hm I know I still need to lose a lot more weight, but I was so pleased I could find something that fits and, most importantly, is comfortable. I love the colour too.
