Kochi is a beautiful feeling. It got more beautiful when the colors I wore and the colors that the biennale logo bore were smiling at each other in resonance on the first morning. There are a hundred things to share about the Kochi Art Biennale, but this little big thing that the mind felt when it matched colours itself is a strange joy. The child inside and the little big things first! 🎈
This green is one of my favourite shirts for the straight reason that it has leaves all over, the red pant has been with me since marriage 9 years ago and this time Shin pushed this into the bag despite me telling it is too hot to wear red on a a humid day, the phone that Amma gifted to me on my birthday 2 years ago when I was in my room with COVID and the phone was silently sneaked in, the black watch that shin made me buy telling that it is important to wear a watch that feels good and fossil does, the sea blue slippers that I bought for 200 Rs in a road side shop after my Sketchers was looted by a happy stranger when I came out of the temple praying for safety and security in life...
Can you see Elvis Presley in the way the shadows painted music on the wall with the light? ☀️
All of this and my body, came together and stood there with me, in Kochi, as the talented artist friend
@artistsix captured a slice of this feeling 🥭
The warmth, the light, the shadows, the smile, the silence, Elvis Presley, and the colours of serendipity falling in place - this pretty much summed up how Kochi felt.
The mind felt new, the heart felt spacious, the soul felt mystic ✨
Feelings are beautiful.
Feelings are musical.
Feelings are floating all over.
All you need to do is pause, embrace, and FEEL.
Here’s to the feeling called KOCHI ♥️
Smile. Feel.
Life’s beautiful when you stop talking and start feeling. What do you say? 🍃
