Date night 😋
When I first started blogging ages ago, bae and I had a foodie bucket list as a way to try new spots in town and diversify where we went. Well, we’ve pulled it back out and this time we decided to visit
@ksmilehouse in
@downtownkingston .
This Korean bar & grill right on the corner of Johnson and Ontario St has so many tasty dishes with hands down the best Korean fried chicken bae and I have had in Kingston. It was crispy, perfect amount of sauce and chicken was so moist and flavourful. Definitely drool worthy and bae wanted to mention that it’s great for getting together with the guys, friends or after sports especially for their chicken + beer combo! 🍗🍻
FEATURED:
Fried Chicken: A half and half of the soy honey and secret spicy sauce. Ask for extra spicy if you like it hot!
Bulgogi Rice Bowl: Beef, sautéed onion, carrot, green + red pepper and green onions.
Okonomiyaki: Japanese style pancake made with cabbage, shrimp, sweet + sour sauce, mayonnaise and Bonito flake.
Rosé Tteokbokki: Rice cake, fish cake, beef sausage, cabbage, spicy chili paste with cream and milk.
Can’t wait to try the Donkatsu next time aka breaded pork cutlet with sweet and sour sauce served with coleslaw and rice!
