It’s so nice being able to have nice meals out without having to pick the boring, plain meals or always having to opt for salad. It’s nice not having to practice saying ‘no’ (like our Slimming World consultant used to tell us we had to…)
Went out with my bf for food tonight. Worked my days calories round it, so I could enjoy it within my calories 👍🏻

@thriveignite workout too, and although I wanted to do a second, I didn’t feel too great when we got in, so I’ve been snuggled on the sofa listening to the football ⚽️
