We’re always on the look out for food burger joints around Newcastle and we finally got the chance to try
@jefesgrill based in Newcastle City Centre, literally a 5 minute walk from the train station. This is a small family run company who started off at home during COVID, but they have now opened 2 branches in Newcastle. We weren’t sure what to expect as none of our friends or family have visited. We ordered two of the Baconater meals and 5 honey sriracha wings. The burgers are 2 Angus patties with cheese, house sauce, lettuce, onions and Turkey bacon. To our surprise the food was spot on, packed with flavours and grilled to perfection and the wings were juicy and had lots of meat on them compared to some other chains. Everything tasted so fresh and honestly, they are NOT shy with their chips portion 😅 I think we’ve found our new burger place and we’ve visited a second time already in one week 🤫 They offer lots of variety on the menu from pizzas to chicken nuggets, definitely a place to try if you haven’t.
