You need to manage calorie intake daily/weekly and have a set amount to stick to.

We all know that you need to be in a CALORIE DEFICIT to lose fat
Eating too much ‘clean’ food will
Still up you in a CALORIE SURPLUS
If you struggle being in a deficit with hunger and cravings, a high protein diet will help with satiety - also choosing high volume low calorie foods … which taste great ,like swapping rice for potato’s, berries will help with those sweet cravings too
There are plenty of apps etc to help you track your food so you can ensure you remain in a deficit
However, I understand how confusing this can be for a beginner. Ive been there, we all have to start somewhere
