So you've gotten through the tougher parts of home buying:
Finding an agent, getting pre-approved for the loans, and getting ready to make offers.
But what if you're having trouble deciding which home you want to settle on? If you're like me, making an itemized list to organize and narrow things down could help you make your next move a lot easier.
Here is a great way to put it all into perspective, and choose a winner in you "battle of the homes" you may be having in your head.
First, create a list of your top 8 home options
It could be based on location, price range, style, or other factors important to you.
In round one, compare the first two homes on your list and choose which one you prefer.
Do the same for the next two homes, and so on.
Keep narrowing down your list until you have a final four.
In round two, compare the first two homes on your list of final four and choose which one you prefer. Do the same for the last two homes, and you will have a final two.
Finally, choose the winner from the final two homes on your list.
This is your dream home!
If you're in the middle of your home buying process, save this for later. It may help you pick a winner. ๐ฅ๐
And if you're wanting to start the process and not sure where to begin, .message me.
I'd be more than happy to get you started!
