STAFF SPOTLIGHT ✨ Elizabeth Lombard, originally from New Jersey began her dance training at an early age. Her studies started in New Jersey and as she grew older began to study in Philadelphia, PA. Upon graduating high school, she continued her studies at The Ailey School, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater in New York City, where she was apart of their certificate program. Liz is classically trained in ballet, Horton, Graham, and Taylor based modern techniques. She has performed and worked with choreographers such as Jeremy McQueen, Sidra bell, Freddie Moore and more! We are so lucky to have Liz with us at DD sharing her knowledge & experience with all our students💙🤍

Connor has been coaching sport, primarily Sprint Canoe and Kayak for over eight years and joins our staff with a diverse coaching background. He has coached multiple athletes to win medals at national championships and compete internationally at Olympic Hopes and Junior World races. Through sport Connor has learnt the importance of fitness in developing an active and healthy life style. While paddling has taught Connor the importance of developing athletic fluency at a young age, CrossFit has taught him that it is never too late! NATIONAL | DD Staffer From Viral Naxal Attack Video Is Not Dead Details:Gut-wrenching video shot by a Doordarshan (DD) staffer who was caught in Tuesday’s Naxal attack in the middle of the Dantewada forest in Chhattisgarh left social media users teary-eyed. The video shows a man lying on the ground recording a message on his mobile phone, while one can hear the sound of gunfire in the background. A DD cameraperson and two policemen were killed in the attack. Several people, including some journalists and a few media organisations, mistook the recorded message as the last words of the DD cameraman, Achyutanand Sahu, who died in the firing. Many even took to social media to offer condolences to his family. India Today Fact Check team found that the man, to whom people were paying homage, was not the one who died in the attack. It was Sahu’s colleague, assistant cameraman Mormukut Sharma, in the video. Sharma survived the attack.
