Before preparing the fillings, peel and cut your hard boiled eggs and separate the yolk from the egg whites. Place your egg whites on a serving plate and your yolks in a food processor or bowl to mix.
Everything but the Bagel 🥯
6 hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp avocado oil mayo (

2 tbsp red onion, diced
2 tbsp capers
Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
Add mayo to egg yolks and combine. Add 1 tablespoon of diced red onion and 1 tablespoon of capers to mixture and fold in. Scoop yolk mixture into egg whites. Garnish with remaining diced onion and capers and sprinkle with Everything But the Bagel seasoning before serving.
Classic 🌱
6 hard boiled eggs

1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Garnish with paprika & chive
Add mayo, mustard, and vinegar to egg yolks and combine. Test for salt to taste. Scoop yolk mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with chive.
Bacon Jalapeño 🥓
6 hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp avocado oil mayo
1/4 teaspoon dry ground mustard
4 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled (

1 jalapeño, chopped
Add the mayonnaise and ground mustard to egg yolks and mix until well combined. Fold in the bacon and jalapeño, leaving some for garnish. Scoop yolk mixture into egg whites. Garnish with remaining bacon and jalapeño.
