This is Wally and Anderson- they both got hair cuts today! On the way there, Anderson asked âare we going to see Barber Mark?â (our old barber in Maysville). I told him âno, but weâre going to see some nice ladies at Great Clipsâ. He thoughtfully said, âOhâ. When we got there, he immediately asked one of the hair stylists âwhatâs your name?â She smiled and told us. So we met Ashley and Shelby today. They felt so special and tickled that he wanted to know!
Anderson reminded me that thereâs no such thing as âordinary peopleâ , but that we all have divine origin and potential. To him, they werenât just hair stylists, they were his new friends Ashley and Shelby.
âIt is a serious thing to live in a society of possible gods and goddesses, to remember that the dullest most uninteresting person you can talk to may one day be a creature which,if you saw it now, you would be strongly tempted to worship⌠You have never talked to a mere mortal⌠it is immortals whom we joke with, work with, marry, snub, and exploitâ -CS Lewis
On a lighter note, they also had a tv playing with a food commercial on it. Wally told me, âI like food. Foodâs my favoriteâ Me too, Wally, me too!!
