This was a beginner foundations class, but even then I learnt a lot. This choreo matched my level. I had fun adding to it and making it my own. I had enough time to make it personal and fun. So even if a choreo is "foundation/fundamental", you can make it look bigger, more "difficult" and impressive. If you give it your all in a foundation/fundamentals class, you can fool people into thinking that it's a more advanced class just by the power of your moves. Don't underestimate it. My ankles hurt after russian dancing at the end. To everyone else who was at the class. I have been dancing for five years. Please don't compare my dance to yours in a negative way and push yourself down in any way.
Meow meow turned 8 a week ago and no one remembered. So I took him out. A lot of people loved him and gave him many pets

This is my little solo routine I made last night @kclgymnastics it was sooo much fun! I didn’t really stretch or warm up too much before this I also am aware my clothes look weird but I went spa in the gym so ✨✨✨ I defo have back ache now! 😩 it it was all worth it @_tea.21 I hope I have improved in my first move 😂😂 I remember how concerned you used to be for me. Can’t believe that was 2 years ago, it’s my first time since Ellen Wilkinson that I’ve done this! @otbsouthbank I was talking about the first and last move in this video 😌
