Ukadiche Modak is a traditional rice flour dumpling made with coconut jaggery & cardamom stuffing. It is particularly made during the Ganesh Chaturthi festival celebration and offered to Lord Ganesha deity. Ganpati Bappa Morya 🙏🏻 For the Modak Covering: 1 cup Rice Flour 1 tbsp Ghee 1 cup Water For Filling: 1 tbsp Ghee 1/2 cup Grated Coconut 1/4 cup Grated Jaggery 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder Method: - Bring water to a boil in the pan & add ghee to it,turn of the gas and then add in the rice flour to it. Hey Vegetarians, By using @molinarosfineitalianfoods Cauliflower Crust Pizza Base & Sauce available at @costco_canada , I made this yummy #CauliflowerCrust #FivePepperPizza ! Easiest Recipe to satisfy your pizza cravings : 1. Spread some Pizza Sauce on the Base. 2. Sprinkle Oregano & Chilli Flakes according to taste. 3. Cover the base with some shredded Mozzarella cheese or Pizza Cheese Blend. 4. Add Toppings of your choice. I used Green Peppers, Red Peppers, Yellow Peppers, Sweet Peppers & Jalapeño Peppers. I also added some White Onions & Grape Tomatoes. 5. Sprinkle some salt and add some more cheese. 6. Bake it in oven at 218 deg. C /425 deg.
