The countdown begins 🤩 Just weeks before my NEW book the #Blueprint is released (SEE LINK IN BIO) 🔱 This book began as a set of ‘sports science scribbles’ in my training journal as I researched the damage caused by the #GreatBritishSwim and studied ways to speed up my recovery so I could go from the surgery table back to the sea as fast as possible. But along the way it turned into something SO MUCH MORE, which is why I'm hoping it equips every "scholar athlete" (Plato) with a 365-day training plan to condition their body (and mind) for any athletic adventure 💪🏽

Last swim done 🔱 Now Scotland bound to battle the #QuadFather @chrishoy1 for #WorldOceanDay Also wanted to do the BIGGEST post of gratitude to this bunch of LEGENDS @laurenaquigley @quigleysport @sion_kelly_triathlon @jolan_j who adopted me into their swim club as we formed a squad bound together by a love of caffeine and carbs. They basically teach me to swim and I teach them how to eat doughnuts 🍩 haha 😂

100kg (220lbs) Fireball Caveman Workout VIDEO (link in story) ⚠️ DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME (actually... don’t try it anywhere, haha). Filmed a while back (sorry only just uploading now) this was THE most random/EPIC way to spend a day in the Lake District as me and @jamesappletonphotography found a way to make shoulder strength and conditioning more interesting with an @onnit macebell... with a little lighter fluid and fire, haha 😂 it’s ok, @cal_major is a trained medical professional 😉 (a vet) 🔱 Don’t worry, no @gymshark clothing was harmed in the making of this video, haha 😂
