Do you ever wake up thinking about your first sip of coffee in the morning? I do that every day!!! My morning coffee renews my soul and gets me prepared to face whatever comes my way for the rest of the day! Some food for thought✨️ Research has shown that delaying the first cup of coffee to 60-90 mins after waking up may be beneficial. The cortisol level in our body naturally peaks in the morning hours between 7-9am. Having your morning coffee at this time may further increase the level of this hormone. High levels of morning cortisol can contribute to weight gain, headaches, and irritability during the day!
