One of my biggest regrets when I was a competitive athlete, was not ever having a photo shoot. . I kinda lived in the middle of nowhere in a small seaside town called Tenby in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 . I thrived off challenge and everything it taught me, I never shied away from hard work and the relentless desire to improve in everything I did in life. . There was no social media, distraction or fake bullshit, it was just me versus me for all the right reasons. . @tenbydungeongym was my escape to be in the moment with my desire and want to excel. @duanecreese , Eddie Creamer and Mark Heywood were my training partners over the years. .
