And if you choose to skip Pregnancy Ab Prehab, at the very least, remember that whatever activity you’re doing in or outside of the gym, continue to monitor and avoid any movements in your day or exercises in your workouts that causes doming or coning out of the midline of your abdominals or that increase heaviness feeling in the pelvic floor. ❤️🩹
