Chef Tomo has been with Lonely Mouth since the very beginning and has crafted a menu that is as vibrant as it is delicious. Chef Tomo previously spent 7 years working at a Michelin starred restaurant in Osaka, and belongs to an elite tier of the culinary world, certified in the safe preparation of deadly blowfish (fugu). Tomo brings energy, heart and laughter to everything he does and we are so grateful to have him!
