Dear Mum, My appreciation to the one who loved me before seeing me, to the one whose world revolve around me and always makes me happy. I will start by first thanking you for bringing me into this world. Thank you for nursing me, understanding my pains, my wants and struggles even when I can't speak. Thank you for holding my hand as I took my first step in life and thank you for guiding me as I grow up. Thank you for all the little things and sacrifices you have done for me, you are my heaven sent. Thank you mum for devoting your life to me, and all the teachings you give to me. Thank you so much @baykinsgroup for this great opportunity. Healthy life style has been one of my mum qualities and right from when I was mum she has instilled this act into us. Quality Sleep: She always says sleep is very important for you to refuel your body and to achieve good growth. She makes sure we go to bed early, have enough sleep. Even Nap time you dare not miss it with her. She always says you need to relax your brain, Light out is well observed in my home. Balanced diet: She makes sure in a week all the classes of food is not missed in our meals. She always makes sure we are hydrated even when I went to university She always call to remind me if I have taken enough water fir the day. Exercise: She lived by example with this and every one emulate this act from her. She made us walking is a form of exercise. She always says walk short distance don't take bike oo. Even till now she doesn't miss her roadwalk. When fruits comes out in it's season She ensure will take it well because it always cheap in it's season. My mum taught me a way to live healthy because my health is my wealth and thus healthy life style has been part of me till now.
This picture was taken on my birthday which happened to be on the First Sunday of the month. 12 days to my birthday I was very sick, I was on drugs and drips. I was praying to God to heal me and 8 days after I was feeling very fine, God came through for me. So on this beautiful day I dressed up and tie my gele to go and dance, testify to God's goodness, for the gift of life and grace to add a new age. Love and affection she gives me is infinite. My mother is the one person whom I can completely trust. She is a continual source of inspiration who reminds me to never give up in the face of adversity. In my darkest moments, she never leaves my side.
