Sunday Morning Routine 💫
The first 45 minutes of my day..
Immediately after waking up
I throw on my workout clothes
Drink some water 💧 this was so hard for me early in the morning, but slowly got used to it
Put on my SPF ☀️

Grab my AirPods 🎧 I always listen to a personal development podcast
Than I head out for my 30 minute walk 👟
I stop for coffee ☕️
And head home to jump into the rest of my routine!
Since starting these morning walks I am a better person. It Sounds so simple but it’s true. I can be a better mom, I feel good, I have energy and I always start the day smiling.
Before this, I was NEVER a morning person. I have come a long way and I’m just getting started!
