Last night I had the privilege to be flown down to Oakland, CA to help the Oakland officials crew with their game against Salt Lake. It was an absolutely gorgeous day and both teams played really hard on a game that went into overtime on a CLOSE call that I had to make! 😬 Flying back to Seattle in a couple hours but wanted to thank you to Jim, Andy, Ali, and all the Oakland staff and crew for always be so welcoming. The monthly challenge for May is a team deadlift challenge! We have a bar and plates set up at the front of the gym and during the month we will lift it as a gym as many times as we can! Today was my first day solo coaching a class! The Friday 12pm class; Circuit 10, is one I have wanted to coach for a while, and starting today I be coaching it every Friday at 12pm. Here is a quick video of what I programmed for todays class. The format is 10 exercises, 40 seconds on/ 20 seconds off, and we do that in three rounds with a 2 minute rest in between each round.
