Running makes me feel like myself in ways that nothing else ever has. It’s my home, my safe space, and my favorite way to express myself. To the sport that has connected me to more people, places, and opportunities than I could ever have dreamed of, thank you.
Happy Global Running Day🏃🏼♀️🐆

Downtime in MN & TN🏼😌🌱🐻
Took some downtime after a solid block of racing and training that I’m very proud of!! I’m also so grateful to be at a point where downtime is chosen and not forced due to injury, burnout, etc. It really affirms that we’re being smart with training and taking care of the little things.
For anyone else who may need these reminders: REST IS PRODUCTIVE. You will not lose all your fitness immediately. You do not need your sport to enjoy your life. You do not need to change the way you treat, nurture, or fuel your mind and body just because your training has changed. Proper downtime is important for the longevity of your career. It’s okay to rest and recover without guilt. Taking time away is good for both your physical and mental health. It is always important to take care of yourself
I often struggle with downtime but this was probably the best I’ve felt doing it in a long time and I don’t think that’s a coincidence. Anyways… time to start up some workouts again and get back to it!! Not that I’m excited or anything🤪
3rd place in the USATF 25K Championships!! 🥉
So stoked to end a big block of racing and training with another USA podium finish!!
Swipe to see me tell @nell_rojas_running how I was really feeling post race, some strong women, a pre race pose💅, and find out that I am in fact not the strongest of girlies because I didn’t have a hurty tummy😌 Also waiting for the day that the men don’t catch me for the equalizer but @jtcougars8 still managed to get it done with 100 meters to go
Who says you can’t mix business with pleasure?? Second pic says apparently…🏃🏼♀️🌺
Huge thanks to @hapalua_hawaiis_half_marathon for hosting us last week and putting on a great race!
(also i made this shirt and bag if anyone was wondering 🧶)
Can confirm that the legs hurt (in a good way)
Lots of laps means lots of angles thanks to coach @gogreenxc and my attempts at training him into a social media guru🎥💅
Capped off a great week of training with my biggest double T session ever yesterday and my longest long run today! Body is feeling good after back to back weekends of racing and it serves as a positive affirmation that I am taking care of myself and recovering well in order to handle my training load. Time to work (and recover) towards more starting lines soon👀🏃🏼♀️
Two weekends of racing in a row ended with my first USA podium finish!! 🏼🇺🇸🥉🏃🏼♀️
Placed third today in the @usatf 15K championships and 5th last weekend in the half marathon champs. Enjoyed some time in Florida in between for some sea level recovery and a break from all the snow in Flag.
Feeling so excited with how this year has begun and beyond grateful for all of the love and support from my family, friends, @teamtotalathletics@verdetrackclub and @puma 🐆🐍
The roads called, they said it’s race time😤🥵
I’ll be racing the USATF Half Marathon Championships in Fort Worth tomorrow!! Very excited to get back to the roads and take a swing at some speedy times against some stacked competition🏃🏼♀️ #pumarunning
All smiles for a solid morning workout and getting back to routine🏃🏼♀️😁🧘🏼♀️
After a hectic few weeks of racing, traveling, losing multiple people close to me, and being constantly on the go, I was left feeling not quite like myself. It’s hard to take the time to slow down, process, and be present when it feels like you don’t even have the time of day to do so.
I’m so grateful to be back in Flag knowing I can get back to my routine, spend time with my people, and give myself some time to slow down and just be✨💗 If you need me, I’ll be catching up on laundry, texts, and all the things!!
