It’s been a minute since I’ve done an ‘about me’ post, so figured I’d share some things about me since there’s so many new folks here!! * I’m Jenna.👋🏻 A homebody from MS (you can call me the Mississippi hippie—I actually have a shirt that says that.🤪) * I’m a Jesus follower + believe that He came to this world to die for me. I tell u now, I never knew true happiness until I accepted Him into my heart.🤍 * I’m a wife + a mother. My husband + I have 1 son that keeps us on our toes, while making us laugh at the same time. * I’ve worked in healthcare for over 11 years as a trauma xray tech at one of the busiest trauma centers in the midsouth. (And yes, I’ve seen a LOT of things u couldn’t even imagine!) I also work as a teacher’s assistant at a church school where I get to help kids learn their 1,2,3’s but most importantly—learn about Jesus. * I got diagnosed with Grave’s disease 5 years ago which kicked off my deep dive into wellness + learning about how awful the products on the store shelves are for us. I love to educate + give recommendations on cleaner swaps that are much safer. * I love to cook + bake….so you’ll prob see lots of food pix in my stories.🤪 * I stay pretty active in my stories, which is where you’ll find me most. Vanilla Maple Marshmallows:: •filtered water •1.5 tsp vanilla (extract or bean paste) •1/2 cup grass-fed gelatin (I get mine from @perfectsupplements —JENNAFHARRIS saves ya 10% off) •1 1/4 cup maple syrup •1/2 tsp salt -add 1 cup filtered water to mixing bowl + slowly add gelatin on top to let it bloom. -heat in a pot on the stove 2/3 cup of water, maple syrup, vanilla, + salt. Heat until warm but don’t let it boil. -mix bloomed gelatin with maple mixture using an electric mixer on high until it has a thick consistency. (Around 10 mins) Don’t let it get too fluffy tho. -pour mixture in a non-stick pan (or lined with parchment paper) + allow to cool for an hour or so. -cut into squares + store in an air tight jar or container. -eat as a sweet treat or my fav is in hot cocoa🍫

🏠💗 Spice cabinet organized✔️ Got the jars from Amazon + then ordered customized labels from @paperandpear ! Also threw in a couple a couple lazy Susan’s I got from the target dollar spot!🙌🏻 I put hubby’s spices up top bc 1-he’s tall + can reach them, + 2-I do most of the cooking so obvs I need my stuff down low. 😜 Feeling much better now that this mess is put together! 👏🏻👏🏻 . . .
