Vanlife on Instagram: Perfectly curated photos of gorgeous sunsets, stylish interiors, and waking up to epic views. Reality: Rainy days, constant dirty floors, battling bugs and waking up to views of a Walmart. I gotta be honest. The #vanlife movement on social media looked so glamorous. I thought it would be weeks off grid, just us and the dogs, with amazing views and awesome adventures. So while I was nervous that we didn’t renew the lease on our condo and put all our belongings in storage to live in our van full time, I was also excited to be one of “those” people.
