A month later.... Hello 2023. is that still allowed? How are you all doing? I welcomed the first few days of January in bed.. (after 3 yrs, Covid finally found me) and decided to spend the rest of January to rest, organize my life a bit, travel to spend time with family and life friends and purge Marie Kondo style version 1.0 because apparently she stopped tidying at the moment with kids and all, and thank goodness for the normalcy.. My baker friends warned me about the increase in prices, esp in Butter and all i have to say is What the F*ck. Anyway, thank you for the patience with me and letting me be, and keeping my February busy despite my silence. It's good to be back in the kitchen but I'll probably dread dishes when it's time to do dishes. . . #baking #yxe #brioche

Brownies are my MOST FAVORITE THING. Don't tell our cookies and brioche rolls that. Our version is nothing fancy, but has that crisp outer crackle and a fudge like bite, like that childhood brownie that made you dance. It was hard to bake 50, 9x13 pans of these and not eating them.
