’s debut cookbook, Cooking with Mushrooms. We're still pinching ourselves after a day full of beauty, warmth and deliciousness!
To our delight, Andrea and @susanspungen
prepared a variety of dishes from her book, both sweet and savory, even a mushroom gin cocktail! Unsurprisingly, our favorite course was dessert: Tahini Double Chocolate Mushroom Brownies with Miso Caramel and Maple Mushroom Ice-cream! We can't quite describe the perfect balance of sweet, nutty, salty and umami flavors - you'll have to make it for yourselves!
Andrea's book is hard to put down; its breathtaking photography, fascinating fungi facts, and collection of delicious recipes make it truly worth reading cover to cover!
