All smiles for a solid morning workout and getting back to routine🏃🏼‍♀️😁🧘🏼‍♀️ After a hectic few weeks of racing, traveling, losing multiple people close to me, and being constantly on the go, I was left feeling not quite like myself. It’s hard to take the time to slow down, process, and be present when it feels like you don’t even have the time of day to do so.
