Last year it was Fagradalsfjall, and today Meradalir is Iceland's newest volcanic eruption, a fisher about ¼ mile long. This video was from last May when I was on assignment helping to document the volcano. The beeping was from the gas detectors going off as we hiked closer to the eruption. #iceland #volcano
