Christine Craig, Athabascan, Ahtna, Incorporated, Chitina Native Corporation “I'm one of the very last full-blooded Athabascans from the interior of Alaska. My children have Navajo, Laguna, Eskimo and white blood in them. My parents were both fluent in our native language. They spoke it to each other when they didn’t want us to know what they were saying. I never learned our language. Unfortunately, they told them not to teach us."

A good and strong face. What a pity that this woman could not learn her forefathers language. ❤️👏😢
