❤️‍🔥My chile crisp obsession just got a bit more serious with this book❤️‍🔥⁣ ⁣ I'm BEYOND excited and honored to announce that I’ll be releasing a new cookbook all about CHILE CRISP in Fall 2023😭 I can’t wait to share my joy of cooking with CHILE CRISP through this book!⁣ ⁣ This book will feature LOTS of recipes for you to discover and taste the electric flavors of CHILE CRISP as the main ingredient. Many people treat it as a finishing condiment, but to me it's so much more than that! You’ll be super surprised to see how versatile this fiery condiment can be in your daily cooking✨⁣ ⁣ Besides fun, spicy recipes throughout the book, I’ll be sharing many personal stories on how this spicy condiment has reshaped my life for good🥺⁣ ⁣ As a Korean immigrant growing up in Alabama, I struggled with how to navigate my identity in America. And, it might be too cheesy to say it, but CHILE CRISP helped me embrace my Asian identity. When I first moved here, I thought assimilating to white culture was the way to succeed in America, but CHILE CRISP helped me connect with so many vibrant Asian cultures that I celebrate every day🇰🇷⁣ ⁣ CHILE CRISP has became an unofficial symbol of Asian pride, especially to me, and I can't wait to be your official CHILE CRISP hype man with this book 🙋🏻‍♂️⁣ ⁣ HUGE thank you to my editor at @chroniclebooks, @rosewatersyrup, for helping me shape my vision for the book and my agent @jmdargz for believing in me and this project❤️⁣ ⁣ And, here’s a slideshow of some of dishes that I’ve been recipe testing for the book 👀⁣ ⁣ ARE Y'ALL READY TO GO ON THIS SPICY ADVENTURE WITH ME?!?!🫰🏼⁣ ⁣ (AND YES.
